BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

All appointments at TLC Beauty Clinic must be pre-booked. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to your booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, or in some cases, the cancellation of the appointment.

CONSULTATION

Before your appointment, you will be required to fill out a consultation form to help us understand your specific needs and preferences. This information will be used to tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We require that all clients disclose any relevant medical information, allergies or injuries that may affect their treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel that it is not safe or appropriate for you.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards for all payments. Payment is required at the time of the appointment. We do not accept cheques.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase and must be presented at the time of the appointment. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

CHILDREN

We ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are receiving a treatment. We do not provide childcare services.
